Portland Place is a 54-unit luxury condo community within the Roosevelt Historic and Art’s District of Downtown Phoenix. Developed in 2007, this project was originally planned to be 200-units to be built in 3 phases. Unfortunately, plans changed after the recession of the economy and only the first phase was completed.

Portland Place phase 1 is a 6-story development consisting of 3 buildings. The community features 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans. Each condo is retro-fitted with higher-end contemporary finishes, high-ceilings, gourmet kitchens, plenty of efficient glass windows and up-to-date modern bathrooms. The Portland Place community features a controlled-access private underground parking garage, large rooftop deck with gas barbecues, 360-degrees of city views and a resort-style pool. On the ground level of the community is a posh lounge and a well-equipped fitness center for use by residents.

Located just south of Margaret T. Hance Park, Portland Place residents on the north side of the building have great views of the Japanese Friendship Garden and unobstructed views north through midtown Phoenix.
