Portland on the Park

ABOUT

Portland on the Park is the new condominium development set to be completed late-2016 in Downtown Phoenix, situated in between the 3-acre Portland Park and the 32-acre Margret T. Hance Park. Portland on the Park will consist of roughly 170 lofts and condominiums ranging from 745 to 2,508 square feet across 21 different floor plans. The development is made of 4-,12- & 14-story buildings. The first floor of the building will be 7,200 square feet of commercial space along a state-of-the-art fitness center and resort-like pool. A-top of the 14-story building will be an open-air gathering space with unobstructed views of downtown vistas and mountain preserves allowing residents to enjoy free reign of the BBQ and fire pit facilities.
