About Tapestry on Central

Tapestry on Central, formerly called WilloWalk, is a three-building, seven-story, 274-unit luxury contemporary condo community in the Willow Historic District of Phoenix. Located on Central Avenue, directly across from a light rail stop, residents here are centrally located just north of Downtown Phoenix.

Construction of the luxury contemporary condos at Tapestry on Central was started in early 2001, but then later came to a halt after the original Canadian developer, United Properties encountered financial issues. Another Canadian developer, GDC Development partnered with local company Starpointe Communities, picked up the project late 2003, early 2004 and continued construction.

Tapestry on Central luxury condos feature one, two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 835 to 2,563 square feet. Some of the floor plans have two interior levels, while other floor plans feature unique elements like 10-foot ceilings and two-story windows.
