Stella is an ultra-modern, luxury six-unit infill townhome community in the Midtown/Central Phoenix area. Although, not the most pedestrian friendly location, Stella is still located within the center of metro Phoenix close to plenty of what the city has to offer. The city of Phoenix is dumping a lot of money into revitalizing the central core, so it’s only a matter of time before values in this area rise. Stella was developed, designed and constructed by The Construction Zone, a local Architect/GC firm in Phoenix, in 2009. Construction Zone is know for their clean modern lines and their bold use of raw materials. Each townhome is a three-story layout featuring two-bedrooms, two and a half bathroom layouts at roughly 1,900 square feet of livable space. Finished with an assortment of modern finishes like floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed masonry walls, walnut flooring, and sleek european-style kitchens, the Stella residences are a unique work of art and worth taking a look at if you’re a modern Architecture nut like we are.
