About Palmaire

Palmaire is a renovated eighteen-unit condo community in Phoenix, AZ just off the 51 freeway close to the Biltmore Fashion District. Renovated in 2007 by the local development company Helix Development, Palmaire consists of one, two and three-bedroom floor plans, 946 to 1,400 square feet in size. This mid-century modern community was renovated with a nice modern twst, exposed concrete block construction with yellow accents and fresh clean-lined landscaping. The interiors are lined with contemporary finishes, smooth stucco walls, a sleek modern kitchen, spacious backyard and vertical grain bamboo flooring with four-inch baseboards.

During the renovation, Helix ensured that the building construction was solid, which it was. The separation of the first and second levels is a combination of two-inch concrete, four-inch air gap and then another two-inch concrete slab to ensure that privacy between units. All the old A/C systems were replaced, the roofing was replaced and windows were swapped out for Low-E glass to ensure the highest of efficiency.
