About Meridian

Meridian is a 220-unit gated condo community just north of Camelback Road and 32nd street in Phoenix. This gated community was built in 1990 and features one, two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 800 to 1,500 square feet. Each condo features a nice sized kitchen, private patio and living room fireplace. Residents also have exclusive access to underground parking and storage, community pool and spa, 24-hour fitness center and a clubhouse.

The community isn’t urban in design, but is in a great urban location. Residents are privy to nearby local restaurants Zen 32, Delux Burger and Tomaso’s Authentic Italian.
