About Lofts at Fillmore

The Lofts at Fillmore is a quaint 18-unit condo community within the Roosevelt Historic District of Downtown Phoenix. This historic building was originally built in 1929 as an apartment community, but was later renovated into condos in 2000 by Lowrey + Mahoney, the same team who renovated Fontenelle Lofts a few blocks north.

Lofts at Fillmore offers 1 & 2-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 900 square feet up to a spacious 1,300 square feet. The first floor units of the 4-story building will offer basements with bedrooms, while the top two levels will be the 2-story condos with loft options.
