Phoenix Towers

Phoenix Towers is a 13-story residential high-rise in midtown Phoenix. Built in 1957 as a resident-owned cooperative community, Phoenix Towers is now considered an outstanding example of mid-century architecture and is listed on the Department of the Interior’s register of historic buildings. It was designed by Chicago based architect Ralph C Harris, and was built by Del Webb construction in 1957. The Phoenix Towers was the first high-rise built in Arizona just along the western edge of the historic Alvarado neighborhood, next door to the world renowned Heard Museum.

Phoenix Towers community features 57 spacious two and three bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 1,210 to 3,550 square feet. Residents can enjoy the luxury of a full-time 24-hour door man service, on-site exercise facility and secure underground parking.
