About the Hotel Valley Ho Residences

The Hotel Valley Ho is an iconic destination throughout the history of Scottsdale, AZ. It was first opened December 20th, 1956. The Hotel Valley Ho was designed by Edward L. Varney, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. This hotel has become an exclusive destination for decades to a wide variety of high-end clientele. At the turn of the century the hotel was planned to be demolished, but fortunately was saved and added to the Scottsdale Historic Register.

In 2002, Westroc Hotels & Resorts acquired the hotel and contracted the architectural firm, Allen+Philp to design the once envisioned condominium towers, by Varney, above the lobby. Towering seven stories high, the third through the seventh levels of the tower features two-story lofts, one and two-bedroom condominiums, and penthouses, all privileged to the benefits of resort living and the hotel amenities.
